hi everyone , did anyone ever see a walk in bath ? its about half the size of a regular bath but with a door on the side and the person sits in it , it would suit an eldery person who cant manage the high side , any information would be welcome , thank you

Hi Patricia,
I've been looking into the options recently and they cost about €2000.
For that price I could just get the bathroom made into a shower room!
Other good options are a bath sling, Murray's.ie, a bath transfer seat or bench, Amazon etc,
Or check the mobility shop.ie , I just looked them up and they have a bath lift on offer at the moment.
There is a company in Dublin that do the baths but I haven't got the details at the moment.
Hope thats some help,
Lucylugs :-)

thank u for your reply lucy , yes they seem expensive . im taking out the bath ( im gonna miss it ! ) and just putting in a corner shower as i have an eldery lady staying with me after a fall and our shower was over the bath so we had the best of both worlds , i have most of the items bought and work will start soon ...hopefully
