private messages: how to get

hi can you get to your private messages it is telling me i have four but when i go into the inbox it is only telling me i have 2 how do i get to them

Hi lyndamac9,

Click the 'Private Messages' link on the top right of our home page, on the next page scroll down until you see the 'title' of the PM and click on the title to read.

The four Private Messages you have might be two in your inbox and two in your outbox.

Your message total is inclusive of those received and those sent. So you probably have 2 received and two sent... (total 4).

Click on the 'Private Messages' link on the right hand side of the window, then (beneath the Red, Yellow & Green bar) you'll see a link for your messages. Click on the link to choose your 'received' or 'sent' messages and then click on the 'Go' button on the right.

Easy Peasy...

Well that's what it looks like on a Mac anyway...!! :-)
