a narrow, small drop down wall table.
That is a piece of MDF, hinges to fix to wall and then at other end a leg(s) to hold it all up.

I plan to continue the strip of wallpaper down this (with the gap of course allowing for the hinge part so it will not be PART of the wallpaper) so that the table cover is the same as the wallpaper.
then i plan a piece of glass fixed over that!
I know i can get the wee plastic clippy things for the glass, but worry about a visitor cutting themselves on the edge of the glass.
also how would i go about doing the LEG part.
all suggestions welcome. Not to mention if any one has legs, of the wooden kind, i wouldnt mind them!!!! it will be bar stool height as that is what i have to sit on. my kitchen is so tiny, i just felt no one should have to eat on lap.

ps another variation on the theme would be to put this actually near where i could watch the birds and place the flip down table over the dishwasher, but that sticks out slightly from under the counter top which has a roundy edge, its a cheapy counter top of wood so not a marble effect one, so thats a second idea, suggestions to help on either gratefully received.
