Did a bit of research, damsons and sloes can be used to make wine but not gin, gin can be only be flavoured using the fruit. I'm going to try flavouring gin using a bottle of own brand gin from Aldi or Lidl.

I've a receipe for damson wine. I'll search it out and post it up. Just give me a few days. Athy55
