I think these are brilliant, I'd much rather get a pressie with one of these on it than the shop bought ones. I'd say they'd be easy enough to make if you unravelled a shop bought one and had a look at how to fold it.

Hey,

I got the idea from Unapam to make my own Christmas presents this year.

First one is finished and I have 14 left. This one is going out in the post to my nephew in New Zealand today!

Well done Elnr83 - wish I was talented with a needle & thread! It looks stunning and I'm sure Adam will be delighted.

Cooked presents!

Anyone thinking of maybe giving someone some home-made biscuits for Christmas - here's a link to some lovely recipes. It's just a lovely website anyway. I love the little bird that flies across the page when you open the website!

Recipe for a happy christmas:
Fill a house with equal parts of love, hope and peace.
Add the joy of children & the strength of older people
Season with the music of laughter and mistletoe kisses
Warm before a crackling fire and serve with tidings of comfort and joy!

(Nicked from the susan branch website!)

Thanks for the comments guys.

I'm really not that talented with a needle and thread! It's more the time it takes than skill :)

Love the recipe for a good christmas :)

I was given this lovely Christmas decoration.
Its made from Cinnemon, Wallnuts, Anniseed, Straw.

It was bought in a Christmas Market in Germany, but I am sure it would be quite simple to make.
