Hoping to build a house (Carlow)
 

Hi, I am hoping to find building materials that would help lower the cost of my self build in Carlow.
I am only 24 and I have two kids rent is crippling us and I have the land to build a small bungalow on I am in the construction industry and have a lot of pro bono help with family and friends.
A mortgage won't be a problem to get but paying it off will be unless I minimize the amount I need.
If anybody has any items that will help it would be very much appreciated.
Main items: 100 mm blocks heavy duty or light blocks.
Roofing tiles plaster board kingspan insulation rolls anything that I can work with really.
