I covered this plain frame in Christmas paper,made small tags with numbers and put a magnet behind the glass. The clip stays put with the magnet. My kids love counting down to Christmas.

Ah Scrabble well done it brought me back to when my own kids were small and they'd ask how may sleeps till Santa came? It's a brilliant idea thanks for sharing

Thanks for the comments everyone. I also made the same sort of thing for my childrens birthdays. It adds to the excitement for them. If I find a pic I'l upload it.

i am a mum of four young kids.
i went in to euro shop the other day. i saw
a count down thing and it was 3 for 2 euro.
of couse i got six . thinking they where for kids .
so i had 2 lelf over so i gave my friend for her kids .
next thing my friend start to open them what was in side bones .
they were for dogs . not for kids ha
