wardrobe beds and built in wardrobes, seriously
 
ok, googled both above, in effort of access and stuff, the wardrobe beds (double) off richter expensive and so too the wardrobes with sliding front panels.
anyone had these items made without breaking the bank, its serious money here on these items.
i think of these items cos space is tight and lifestyle change for me has to be considered. not parties! just equipment.

Have you considered using MDF in as much of the construction as possible. It is far cheaper then solid wood and can be painted by yourself to your own taste and style which would also reduce the cost

Would a sleeper sofa not serve a similar cheaper purpose?
