Posting stuff
 

I posted an item that worked perfectly however it apparently arrived broken. I know admins advice is "Collection only" and I have to agree. I now have no item and I have to refund the money, salutary lesson!

Sorry to hear that things didn't work out during this transaction. As you quite rightly say, Admin doesn't encourage the posting of items as we can only control what happens on the site itself. If a Giver decides to post to a Taker, that is a transaction between the Members involved.

In general, these transactions seem to go smoothly but when things go awry (for example, not enough payment of P+P, the non-arrival of an item, or in this case, a working item arrives in a broken state), then we can't really get involved.
