I love to repurpose, if anyone can supply me with materials, i.e coffee bags, capri sun juice foils etc.. let me know, we can work out details on how to get them to me.

Hi there, this is brilliant. Do you machine stitch then together? Is there fabric on the inside? Love the macrame handles, used to do a lot of that in the 70's-plant hangers etc. but had to stop as I was allergic to jute fibres and got asthma:(
Keep up the good work-would love to see more of your recycling projects, Eibhlin.

Yes Eibhlin, I sew them on the machine, they lend themselves to their own pattern, no cutting needed. Yeah I have done my share of plant hangers, and you can use other materials these days. Thanks for looking, I am trying to source material as I am limited to what i can save in the house. Was trying to hook up with a school or a few cafe's so I can get a few going for the craft fairs.

Lovely!

Guerrilla bagging is always in fashion.

You can do the same with anything... I especially love the ones made with milk and juice boxes.

Great Job!

Great bag!

Did you know if you iron plastic bags together (cut off the handle part and put a sheet of greaseproof paper on either side to stop it sticking to board and iron) they fuse to together and makes a tough and flexi material that is also water proof would make great bags for you and also toilet bags etc the more bags u iron together the stronger the ply of the bag, bin liners and shopping bags work brilliantly, although some of the very thin and cheap bags from the likes of Euroshop dont work they almost turn into paper.
