Can't access posts via emails...
 

Can you help me with something please. When I get notification via email regarding a post on the forum, and I click the link, it tells me I don't have permission to access it. Any idea why?

Hi bindimama,

I need to know the name of the item/ad/thread in question to fully answer your query but I suspect the links you are clicking on are for ads that have been removed from the public forum to Admin's Archive. This archive can't be accessed by Members.

An ad is archived automatically when it is marked as Taken by the Giver, or when it is removed by Admin when the Giver hasn't managed to update their ad on time. Archived ads can be retrieved and reposted on the public forum on request from the Giver.
