Hi jackiem,
This arrow indicates the ads/threads which you are subscribed to -- you'll receive email notification of posts on the ad/thread. Members can only see their own subscriptions.
To unsubscribe to an ad/thread, click on the User CP (User Control Panel) button to the left of the log-in area and see the options in the dropdown box.
