Hi Everyone,

Thanks for the feedback so far.

I notice that the Minister for the Environment, Dick Roche, launched a leaflet/brochure last week called:

'How to Make an Environmental Complaint - See Something? Say Something!'

The Minister said, "This initiative reflects quality customer service principles and assists in serving the customer better". He continued, "The complaints system benefits citizens in providing a simple to use system where they can voice their complaints about environmental problems to the appropriate agency. It helps local authorities, the EPA and other agencies in investigating and resolving environmental problems and in ensuring protection of the environment."
