Default For the kids too

I'm afraid I don't have pics but when my niece, nephew and my son were a lot younger (about ten years ago - aaaah!) I got large bottles (wine bottle - paul masson I think) and put a base coat on them. I then traced their favourite cartoon characters onto greaseproof paper - little mermaid & sebastien, Aladdin & the genie and winnie the pooh & friends. Then I scribbled over the back of the greaseproof paper with pencil, laid the scribbled side onto the bottles and retraced the pictures. The outline came out on the bottle and then it was just a matter of colouring it in as it were. I have to say I'm very proud of their novel money boxes (that's what they ended up being used for). Also a great way to make a unique vase for yourself or as a present for a friend. Christmas is coming guys. Some of the best presents I got were handmade gifts. If I get photos I'll post them.
