I noticed your post and think the information below my be of use to you.

Bring Centre
There is a Bring Center in the Liosbaun Industrial Estate.

You can use the City Map Guide to locate it.

Householders can bring the following items:

Old Clean Clothes
Used Engine Oil
Fluorescent Tubes
Batteries
On Saturdays Only Electrical and Electronic equipment are accepted from Householders at the Depot.

Opening Hours for Householders:
Saturday between 9.00 am and 1.00 pm

For further information on where to recycle contact the Environment Department on Telephone 091 536595 or Email environment@galwaycity.ie
