I couldn't agree more, goatie -- sending small items by post is a very nice gesture, and one which certainly adds to the friendly and helpful atmosphere that pervades JumbleTown. However, as Admin, we have to be fairly black and white on certain issues, and we realised from the start that sending items by post had the potential to be problematic for both Giver and Taker. Admin's thread at the link in my post above basically says that sending items by post is strictly between Giver and Taker, and that Admin can do nothing if things go awry or if either party feels aggrieved for whatever reason.
