I have noticed that a lot of weddings in my local church lately are using plain cream/ivory pillar candles with ivy (free from the garden) on the windows and they look beautiful and you can get pillar candles cheaply in a lot of pound (sorry euro) shops. Also, if time is one your side, keep an eye out in Lidl coming up to xmas as they usually do packs of ivory/cream candles in different shapes/sizes and packs of pillar candles and usually they are quite reasonable in price.
