Instead of gifts for your bridesmaids, mothers etc - make tokens as an IOU. A nights babysitting/ A day gardening etc - to give as a thank you to your attendants.
Make your own Wonka Bars. Instead of expensive favours - buy a small bar of chocolate (25c) for each guest - make new wrappers on the computer, One choc has 'the golden ticket' and wins a bottle of wine/ champagne etc. A great laugh!
