Default Rubber tiles

Hi Tasmin,

If the tiles are that well stuck down that they are almost impossible to remove I'd stop trying to remove them.

The best thing to do with these is to remove all the lose bits and then get a bag of self leveling compound, mix as per instructions and spread it on the floor.

This finds the level of the floor, it will fill in all the gaps and give you an ideal surFace to tile over.

Or as an alternative you could cover the floor in 1/4 inch marine ply board and tile over this or put lino/carpet on top of it directly.

Regards,

Fries.
