Default How long to wait for reply.

Hi

I am fairly new to this and i was wondering what is the standard time to wait for a reply from a taker before offering it to the next in line?

Thanks

Hi Philomena6196,

Givers are free to pass on items to whomever they like, whenever they like.

Some Givers operate on a "First come, first served."

However, most Givers wait three days before offering to the next in line.

Default Thank you!

Thank you for your reply.

I dont want to be hasty, however if someone has expressed an interest and do not contact to arrange collection, its hard to know who genuinely has not been able to get to a computer to reply or something, or if they have changed their mind and no longer want the item. It has happened so many times on other sites, I sat in all day yesterday with my children waiting on people to collect things (not from here!) and no one showed up :-(

Awh well!!

I will give it 3 days so.

Best wishes
Philomena
