Default Bookcase

T Butler very kindly gave me this pine shelve thingy (which originally came from a kitchen), which had mini spindles going across the bottom shelf, unfortunately my "before" pic is actually a "half way through" pic and I had already removed the spindles, but you get the general idea!!
Just a bit of white paint and 4 bun feet later....................... you get a bookcase (and I absolutely love it!!!)
So again a big, big thank you to T Butler, and Jumbletown x

Simple idea, fantastic result. The Bun feet make all the differance! Well done!

That looks amazing! you did a great job. ...and don't you enjoy it all the more having done it yourself and it is green too! ("green" not green if you know what I mean!)

Thanks to everyone for the lovely comments :)
And Unapam is right, it's the satisfaction of doing it yourself that makes it worthwhile!

This is a brilliant piece of work. Well done. I'm on the lookout for bookshelves myself so your pictures really help to see the end result.

Thanks to everyone who posted a comment, although if you could see the bookcase now you'd all probably kill me!!! We're in the middle of moving house so it's dusty, dirty and sitting in a shed feeling v.sorry for itself lol!
