As TickTock says, supermarkets are happy to give it away to charities who ask for it. We used to get cakes and biscuits for conferences for a youth group I used to work with.

You would be interested in a book called 'The moneyless man'

As far as I can remember the mans name is Mark Boyle, from Ireland, but lived without money while he lived in England, it went very well for him.

Default guy going to live without money for a year

someone said imagine living without eastenders ,coronation st or neighbours for a year well it sounds very nice to me , bliss ! not living beside my neighbours for a year , heaven on earth ! and as for the crowd down the road ..... i could do that !
