Default removing tiles

you may have to break up the first one but if you try using a hammer and large flat chisel you may be able to prise them up without even breaking them. Try getting the tip of the chisel under the middle of the tile and then tap gently while lifting. Good luck

I put new tiles over old Terracotta ones. Other than adjusting the doors it worked out well

You can get a tile remover I would suggest googling it to see what I'm talking about.. if you buy one you can always sell it once you're finished the job

Default easy way of removing tiles

Removing wall tiles is different, and more difficult, than removing floor tiles because wall tiles are typically set very close together, with minimal grout lines. This means that it takes more care to remove a wall tile without damaging the surrounding tiles.
