Default Ham receiver, etc. . . .

Hiya - you might be interested in some amateur books and equipment, including a Sony ICF 2001 portable radio - this has vhf and hf bands, as I'm sure you are aware. Also an old Morse key, several cassette tapes to help with learning Morse, but there probably are better apps for Morse learning on the Net.

If you are interested, I live in Kinnegad. If you are a group looking to keep the amateur bands alive in this digital age, it might be worth a spin up here some Saturday morning - or anytime, really. I don't want to post the stuff, because I'd like to think that it's going to someone who would use it as I have used it over the years.

See what you think . . .

All the best,

Mike

Hi Mike
I'm not sure why I didn't get notified of your reply
I really would have taken them from you and put them to good use
My apologies for not replying sooner
I am still on the lookout for anything as mentioned above
Sincere apologies
Wayne

Sorry, but I've been away. Just got your message to me about Ham Radio stuff.
It was so long ago since I replied to your ad that I can't remember what it was I was giving away . . ! I do have a book about aerials, and others about circuits for DIY for gadgets, etc.; an old-ish morse key and cassette tapes to help people learn Morse - I'm not even sure if Morse is still needed for a Ham licence these days - but you can have whatever I have, if you have a use for it . . .

Hope this helps . . .

Mke

P.S. the radio was sent to someone in Greece . . .
