Yes they are waterproof & it was a gifted silversmith who does my charms as the gold ones are very very expensive to do

Default Old notes

Hi, I'm moving at the moment and low and behold I find my old jeans (that were also a size 8 I might add) and what is in the pocket but an old 10 pound note (yes that i the last time I was a size 8). It is the one with James Joyce on it.If that is the type of note you are looking for or are you looking for very old ones? I would be happy to send it.
Regards,
Mel.

Default Old Money

The Central Bank on Dame St. in Dublin will cash in old Irish notes & coins, I got €35 recently for some old money, mind you that didn't last nearly as long! I had a load of £1 coins from my time spent in flatland for feeding the electricity meter, do they still exist? Love the charm bracelet, fabulous keepsake for your daughter, I kept a coin of each denomination from the year my daughter was born. Mind you when she gets older she'll probably come looking for the notes aswell! :)
