Default chest of drawers (now with mirror!)

Update 23/5/12

It only took 18 months to finish lol!! There was a mirror to go with the chest of drawers, and I didn't get round to finishing it until this week, boyfriend was once again complaining about lack of space in garage (all I heard was blah blah blah......but I did come across the mirror)!
Thanks for looking x

Hi all, my boyfriend was upset as this ugly piece of furniture was taking up valuable space in his garage!! I was going to put it on JT, but then I decided to give it a lick of paint. It now has pride of place in our little one's room. Thanks for looking, Shonastar x

Thank you so much for the lovely comments, they've made my day! I have always used gloss paint in the past on wood, but with this one I used acrylic satinwood and I can't recommend it highly enough. I've rarely been happy with the finish I've gotten with gloss, and it's messy. This paint gives a fab finish and you clean the brushes/rollers with soapy water, it makes the job so much easier.

And of course I had paint left over so I used it on another piece of furniture. Will post pics soon!

Thanks again,
Shonastar x
