Default sticky tape on glass - how to get rid of...

I have sticky tape stuck to my windows got sum of it off the rest is impossible i don,t want to scrape the glass tryed holding a hot cloth on it but to no avail any ideas with out haven to scrape the glass

just use white spirit i use it all the time in work to remove the residue of sticky prices on tvs or tv stands

Try a little bit of white vinegar on a dry cloth

use a little nail varnish remover and a blade for any stubborn bits
