Default leftover paint from the chest of drawers

About 6 years, I lived in Italy and my new neighbour asked me to help her put this little cupboard in a skip. I thought she was nuts for throwing it out, and she thought I was nuts for wanting to keep it. Originally, it was a dark brown wood, like the inside in the first pic. I painted it white with gold details, and it was/is one of my favourite salvage projects.
However, after the trip to Ireland and a year in storage, it was looking worse for wear, scratched in places and the gold had turned cat sick yellow!
One coat of paint later, and she is as good as new.
Hope you like it, kind regards,
Shonastar x

PS. don't tell my boyfriend, but there's paint leftover....again!! Onto the next project........

Default cabinet

Hi Shonastar, great job, just like people, furniture can keep re-inventing itself and getting a whole new look!! Wonder what you will use the left over paint on?????????? Eibhlin.

That's a lovely piece of furniture! BTW the boyfriend will know because you will have "that look about you" (as mine says) whilst you are contemplating what to use the rest of the paint for.....lol

Thanks to all for the replies, Eibhlin, as yet I have no idea what to use the paint on, I'm waiting for inspiration to strike! And Gormal, you are dead right about the 'look', my boyfriend maintains I'll paint anything white, if it stands still long enough! However, it's half his fault, I am currently banned from bringing 'new to me' items in the house, so I have to reuse what I have ( hence the beady eye roaming around the house looking for new projects)!
