Can anyone remember? Wine bottle gift

Someone (I can't remember who) posted a gift idea using a wine bottle (Bend in the river) and turning it into a beautiful bottle of bubble bath. Can anyone direct me to it? I want to try it with my 'special needs' group and we have been collecting bottles. We are getting prepared for our 'Christmas Fair'. This is a wonderful place for getting ideas to try with my group. If I could only figure out how to upload photos I'd show you some of their work but alas! - crafts I can do but computers ... beyond my capabalities I'm afraid!
