Default Down with raised bed!!

I have a long narrow strip of yard, all concrete at present bar the raised bed at the end. it doesnt get much sun there so i felt it would be ok to bash down the raised bed and use that shaded area for water barrels et al and my swingseat.
what think you

If it doesn't get much sun then it wouldn't be a great place for your swing seat either:)

Why not paint the wall behind the bed and the walls of the raised bed itself, nice bright colours and it would brighten up the area? Then you would have somewhere pleasant to look at from your swingseat elsewhere in the garden.

Yes, many would say it ain't an ideal place for a swingseat BUT, due to one of my conditions i am not supposed to be in sunlight between 10am to 6pm. I have to cover all skin if out in that.
So thats why i put the swing seat there.
Painting the wall a bright colours and surrounds, I would love, but have to remember my two adjoining neighbours who might not like that one little bit!!!
I WOULD like it though
xminnie pal and thanks for getting in touch
