failed thread

I was creating a thread ,it took me a while to write everything out and when i clicked the submit button it told me i wasn't logged in, i had to write it three time before it was accepted, why does that happen?

Hi Matilda,

It sounds like your session is timing out -- the system automatically logs you out if it detects that you haven't browsed the site's pages for a while.

To prevent this, when you log-in, you should tick the "Remember Me" box beside the log-in area.

(If you are using a public PC, make sure to log-out after you've finished using JumbleTown.)
