I have just posted an item but somehow have managed to close the thread and can't unlock it.
Can you tell me how I unlock the thread?

Hi O'Brien,

To open a thread/ad:

- click on "Thread Tools" (above the date at the top right your post);

- choose "Open Thread" from the dropdown box;

- click "Perform Action" at the bottom of the dropdown box.
