Help loading photo from phone

Help! Trying to upload photos from my phone to a post but when I select the ' add photo' button I am brought to a new screen which has a button saying browse computer and upload but when I select these nothing happens.
Can you only upload a photo from a pc or how do I do it, an I missing something??!
