really confused (re: swapping allowed?)

example....if i want to swap a hoover for something of equal value. no money involved

Swapping items is banned on JumbleTown, sorry.

i love to swap things i think its a good way of reusing things you dont need or want anymore and get somethin else in return that you might use.
