I have sent pm to giver. Giver sees that I have pmd but cannot read. We are trying to arrange collection.

Hi Ab2013,

The best solution is to send the PM again. We had a spot of trouble with the website's server yesterday and this may have affected some PMs sent in the past day or two. Everything appears to be working normally now. If you still have problems, please get back to me.
