Users Currently on line

Hi Chirs
Sorry if this seems a stupid question but I've wondered...The Site is showing ....25 (9 members and 16 guests)currently on line..but I'm only seeing 7 names showing ...why is this?
Earlier Today there were a lot more on line but again much less names showing..
Please can you explain?

Some Members use invisible mode -- it's a User Option. Their presence on the Board can't be seen by other Members.

Occasionally, internet "spiders" crawl the pages seeking information to improve search engines' capabilities. They may appear as Users in the "Current Users Online" stats at the bottom of the Home Page.

When you wrote the message above, yes.

Members can choose "invisible" mode by clicking on the "User CP" (User Control Panel) button on the dark blue line beneath the log-in area. Then choose "Edit Options" from the drop-down box.
