Hi why cant i change my item from reserved to taken

Hi pac,

You should be able to change your item's status. Click Edit Post on the bottom right of your ad/post. When the new page opens up, scroll down. On the left (beneath the "County/Region" bar), you will see the "Item Status" bar. Click on this and choose either Reserved or Taken etc. Scroll down and click "Save Changes."
