Hi , Just a thought to make your site more productive ( if that's possible ) just in relation to TAKER'S who have placed WANTED AD'S , would it be possible for jumbletowners ad-min to set up an ALERT , so that when something becomes available and there is a wanted ad placed , the TAKER would be notified that there has been a thread that might be of interest to them , & therefore make the whole process of jumbletown seem a lot more efficient , Like I said ' just a thought

Hi steptoe,

We do have a subscriptions system, of sorts, but at the moment it doesn't send instant emails when an item is added to a forum, only daily.

Check out this screenshot:

When you click the "Subscribe to this Forum" option a new window will open; from there you have an option to receive daily or weekly emails about new items added to a forum. It would be a good option to receive instant email notifications and we'll definitely add it to the 'to do' list.

Thanks for your comments

I didn't know that subscribe facility was there. I think it's brilliant! Thanks Dave for pointing it out.
