Hi all,
My partner was using the hob yesterday and he left a packed off wraps on top when he was finished with it but forgot it was still hot. Now there is melted plastic stuck on the hob and we dont know what to do/use to get it off.
any suggestions welcome!
thank you

I've used a hair dryer before as i found it spread more when i turned the ring on and tried to clean it that way.

Did you not get the scraper thing with your hob its very good and does not scratch,

I did that to my mother hob before with a plastic spatula. She was not a happy woman when she found out! But I just turned the hob on to a very low heat (to soften rather then melt.) and managed to get it off with a scraper beofre giving it a really good scrub with the cleaner.
