fencing on either side separating me from two neighbours is very vivid brown/orange natural or rather unnatural nature colour.
I want to paint what i see dark green but you know the side bits on these slats, who owns them, for my neighbours would see them painted green and their side of fencing would be the 'unnatural orangey colour'
any suggestions. they are lovely neighbours
what suggests ye? the best option would be to get the neighbours to paint the whole fencing all sides, green. Its a nice green too.

thats 1 thing no 1 ever thinks of before the house is bought or built
these fences are the 1's that slot into concrete posts i suppose
only suggestion i would have is to get a spay gun and spray the fence while the neighbours are out and if they complain tough as you are entitled to pait your boundry wall/fence without grievance from neighbours
at least if you spray it you have less chances of runsand is done faster too

Hi Minni Pal, maybe you could slot some cardboard from flattened out boxes in behind the fence before you spray it. Stop paint going everywhere.
Just a thought.
