I have a small area of grass which is long and right under my swingseat.
at 7am i was lying there this morning, the smell of urine was SO strong.
I do not know if its my small chihuahuas but as its the only grass i want to lie in peace not pee!
I live in a social housing unit, there are many feral cats and foxes here, rats and mice too.
what can i do to preserve my nose?
How can i stop em from using my 'patch' as a toilet, not that i use it as such myself that is!?

Hi Pal Minnie,

I've tried the green gel to keep cats out of the garden...it works, but I hate the smell of it, so it keeps me out of the garden too!! I was told that vinegar also works. Might be worth a try?

Best of luck!

I have a large front garden and every dog passing comes in to use the toilet I spend part of every morning going around with a plastic bag and a scoop cleaning up poo before I leave the children out to play not fare. Anyone with an Idea does the stay off only work on the spot where it is or how does it work. Is it harmful for children playing in the area.

I believe that dog and cat dirt can carry a bug, mite or thing that can cause blindness. this is not to scare you, but do check with your gp about kids playing in this area.

dont get alarmed before you ask for expert opinion.
