Most burglaries are opportunistic. Reading name, address and telephone number on a website might well be viewed as an opportunity. Look at the amount of houses burgled while people attend a funeral. The thieves took the 'opportunity' to read the obituaries!!

Yeah I know about 22 years ago now (aw that's scary!) Myself & a few mates had to mind a house for a family wedding. Throughout the day we had numerous "silent" phone calls and twice scared off prowlers. It wasn't a nice experience & all the presents were in the house of course too so it would've been something else if they had gotten in. They obviously got the details from the marriage announcements in the local paper. So no don't put your personal details up. One jumbletowner was freaked by someone who had her address so...

Public - v - Private
I'm one of those who regularly leaves my mobile number on public forums.... the reason being that as I work for myself and advertise when and wehre I can its already available to anyone who wants it! Wouldnt be inclined to leave an address though....but having said that, even people who know where I live can have a job finding me - lol!
