Stop Food Waste - COOKING MONEY - a very clever video - a must-see ***
 

Hi Everyone,

Here's a very clever video from the "StopFoodWaste" food waste prevention programme, an initiative of the EPA (the Environmental Protection Agency).

The aims of the programme are to educate people to take better care when shopping, storing and cooking food so as to cut down on food waste. The programme also promotes and educates on composting as a means of dealing with organic food and garden waste. The aim of all this is to reduce the amount of organic waste going to landfill, but it also helps save money and diverts good food from going to waste.
