I receiveda parcel on monday frow Louames. Mine was to contain tattoos and bangles for the kids, Instead I got a cheer leaders out fit. I tried contacting Louames but no joy. What can I do. Bernie

All I can suggest is that you continue to send PMs to the Member in question. He/she will receive automatic email notification that a PM awaits them. It's up to them to act on that notification.
