why are some posts closed even though item is still available?
 

just curious as to why some posts are closed even the item hasnt been snapped up

Hi delilah,

Only Reserved or Taken ads should be closed/locked.

Members who come across Available ads that are closed should report the ad to Admin by clicking the red & white triangular icon (the "Report Bad Post" button) at the bottom left hand side of the post/ad in question.

Sometimes Members accidentally lock their ads or else do so instead of marking the item as Reserved or Taken.
