where can one bring a scrap (has a crack) 7.5 kg Aluminium Alloy Wheel (Rim) in Wexford, Wicklow or Dublin ? Do scrap merchants pay for such amounts ?

WEXFORD
The Killurin Civic Amenity Recycling Site in Wexford accepts scrap metal.

Opening Hours 8.30a.m. To 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive
8.30 a.m. to 12.00 noon Saturday

NOTE: Wexford County Council's website states that the "Killurin Landfill is now officially closed" but the Recycling centre may still be open. To make sure, you should contact them on (053) 9128382 or the council's Environment Office on 053 9176619.

You could also try the following private companies in Co Wexford, some of which may pay for your item:

The Avoca and Rampere sites accept all types of steel for Recycling so they might accept an alloy wheel. Give them a call to check:
