wacky uses

Some of them sound like they might be worth trying. But one can't help but wonder, how on earth does someone discover that these things work?!

Clarelovesangels 29-11-2008 06:15 PM

gillo 29-11-2008 06:30 PM

Yeah, how do you "discover" that baking soda makes a good underarm deodorant, or tha toothpaste cures acne or that coca cola cleans the toilet? Too much time is right, they could be spending their time more valuably reading websites about them LOL!

The best one is that coca cola cleans money- hmm I'm, off to clean my coins- lol

Cola is great for cleaning the loo and rub a potato, (cut in half) on silver, comes up a treat!

It's the acid in it. It gets off the oxidated layer. We used to use coke for old coins on excavations. Very bad for them though, too powerful and damages them on the long term. And if you think of it that's what you drink...
