tudlytops kindly gave me this sideboard. it was a dark wood veneer.
this is it painted a very bright blue! i love it! :)

Hi. How many coats of paint did you use? And did you sand it first?

hi.. i gave it a quick, rough sand and two coats of paint! i needed kitchen storage asap so i wasnt fussy, just slapped on the paint!! it came out really well.
i'l let you know the paint brand, its really good quality

You could've had a matching bed too..!! ;-)

its johnstones trade paint. water based acrylic satin, has a lovely sheen. ive used lots of paint brands but found the quality of this brand far superior.

i couldnt bring myself to paint over walnut veneer!!

Great job Junkista you have a real talking point now as well as great storage.
