ripped leather!!
 

i have a leather reclining couch. on one of the seats the leather has ripped, i called a dealer and he said i would have to replace the leather on the whole seat which is quiet expensive. im not very creative. any ideas anyone???

Access from the back, pinch the leather and staple.

i cant as its ripped on the seam :(

You might go to an auto parts store, or the auto parts section of a store, and see if they have any leather/vinyl repair kits. It won't be perfect, but will look better than a rip. I believe you can custom-mix the colour to match. I'd put a dab in an inconspicuous place to check the colour before I put it on a seat.
