Hi Gormal, I'm curious. What do you mean by this? If the bins are council bins shouldn't they have stayed with the house? Maybe its different from council to council!

I bought some bottles of glass paints years ago. They were called Vitrail by Lefranc & Bourgeois but unfortunately I can't remember how much they were. I bought them in Art & Hobby.
